REDWOOD CITY, Calif. — January 8, 2007 — Intalio, Inc., The Open Source BPMS Company, today announced that it has signed OEM agreements with Diamelle and OperMIX for the embedding of Intalio|BPMS, its standards-based Open Source Business Process Management System (BPMS).
Diamelle Technologies, the leader in Open Source Identity and Access Management (IAM), will embed Intalio|BPMS into its solutions in order to support the deployment of complex identity and access management processes, while complying with strict auditing and compliance requirements that are demanded by its financial services customers.
"Using Intalio|BPMS will allow projects to be deployed within two to four weeks, instead of the multi-month or multi-year cycles traditionally associated with large-scale IAM projects, said Ameet Shah, Diamelle CEO. "We evaluated many other BPM solutions currently available on the market, but no other product came close to Intalio's in terms of robustness, scalability, and ease of deployment."
OperMIX, the leader in business process optimization for Salesforce.com applications, will use Intalio|BPMS to deploy custom business processes on top of Salesforce.com AppExchange, and provide real-time integration with third-party applications such as SAP R/3 and mySAP Business Suite.
"Our experience in sales coaching and practice improvement has demonstrated that customer-related processes are the most critical and complex in any organization," said Hicham Jellab, OperMIX CEO. "Our customers are now starting to realize how BPM can be applied to customer satisfaction and loyalty building. Over other BPM solutions that are available in the market today, I believe Intalio|BPMS is the best choice for many reasons: it protects customer investments over the long term using standard approaches and technologies, it represents the lowest total cost of ownership, and above all, it is highly flexible and reactive, allowing us to change processes on the fly."
"We are honored and pleased to see industry leaders like Diamelle and OperMIX make such a strong commitment to our standards-based BPMS," said Ismael Ghalimi, Intalio founder and CEO. "This new success is yet another validation that the BPM market is getting ready for the emergence of an Open Source leader, and we look forward to working with our partners to make Intalio|BPMS the number one solution for any OEM customer."
