INTALIO ADDS CELEQUEST BAM TECHNOLOGY TO ITS BPMS SOLUTION
Celequest Process Management Dashboards Integrated Into Intalio|BPMS

REDWOOD CITY, CA - January 16, 2006 - Celequest, the leading provider of Operational Performance Management solutions, and Intalio, the Open Source BPMS Company, today announced that Intalio has added Celequest's award-winning Business Activity Monitoring (BAM) technology to the Intalio|BPMS solution.

Through this partnership, Celequest BAM technology is being integrated into the Intalio|BPMS Community Edition, providing BPM developers and customers with a cost-effective method to deploy a complete business performance management suite that includes modeling, execution and monitoring of the entire business process. Additionally, customers will be able to upgrade to the Intalio|BPMS Enterprise Edition.

"By providing an innovative model for companies to try and deploy BPM Suites, Intalio has started to change the economics of the game for BPM," said Ismael Ghalimi, founder and CEO of Intalio. "Adding Celequest's BAM technology to our platform accelerates this transformation by incorporating process analytics, metrics and monitoring as part of the BPM Suite.”

Celequest technology provides Intalio|BPMS users with out-of-the-box process management dashboards for monitoring process cycle times, backlogs, user work queues and other key performance indicators. Celequest dashboards are generated automatically when an Intalio|BPMS user deploys a business process model onto Intalio's BPEL engine, providing instant visibility into the status of business processes at any given time and displaying Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) relevant to each process.

Celequest process management dashboards are also capable of generating alerts when a process reaches a user-defined state, such as when a mortgage loan application is bottlenecked in the system. When a system alert occurs from within the dashboard, users are automatically notified and can invoke a follow-up business process, closing the loop from information to action.

”Management dashboards that enable ongoing monitoring of key processes and metrics are a critical component of a process management system. Celequest has become the preferred provider of these capabilities for BPM systems,” said Diaz Nesamoney, founder, President and CEO of Celequest. “We are pleased to be a part of the Intalio|BPMS solution, which will make it easier for companies to quickly develop, deploy and monitor new business processes in their organizations.”
