SAN MATEO, CA - October 5, 2004 - Intalio, The BPMS Company, today announced that its business process management system (BPMS), Intalio|BPMS, has earned "Powered by SAP NetWeaver" certification.
The Powered by SAP NetWeaver designation is for Java or ABAP applications that have been certified for deployment on the SAP Web Application Server and for integration of iView software with the SAP Enterprise Portal.
"Powered by SAP NetWeaver certification enables Intalio to help SAP customers move up to the SAP NetWeaver platform more quickly and cost-effectively," explained Ismael Ghalimi, President and Chief Strategy Officer for Intalio. "Built on top of SAP NetWeaver, Intalio's BPMS allows customers to easily extend the capabilities of their SAP software processes."
Intalio|BPMS, Powered by SAP NetWeaver, helps existing SAP customers reduce business process re-engineering costs, while consolidating multiple instances of the mySAP Business Suite family of business solutions. It also supports upgrades to mySAP ERP and can accelerate cross-application process integration, while deploying new applications of the mySAP Business Suite.
Exhibiting at the SAP TechEd '04 conference from October 5th-8th at the San Diego Convention Center, Intalio will demonstrate the power of its standards-based, enterprise-grade BPMS at booth #33 and in the Powered by SAP NetWeaver Village at booth #P2.
In addition, Ismael Ghalimi of Intalio will lead a session on Application Process Extension on October 6th, 2004, from 1:30-2:30pm. Leading a stand-alone session on the second day of the conference, Ghalimi will demonstrate to participants how processes of mySAP Business Suite and previous versions of SAP R/3 can be extended outside of the application itself without having to write any code. This capability is known as Zero-Code Development and is offered only by Intalio.
