Objective and who I am

I am a motivated and passionate individual holding citizenship both in America and the United Kingdom allowing me to explore opportunities and challenges in many parts of the world. I have taken full advantage of these opportunities and have had the pleasure of working in many diverse teams. As I move forward in life I have come to find what I believe to be one of my strongest traits to motivate members within groups, companies and communities to focus, facilitate and organize their efforts to achieve their goals. Believing deeply in the strengths of a collaborative working environment I have helped to implement collaborative working solutions in order to take full advantage of the potential of all members involved regardless of location, skill level or individual skills. Most of these solutions are designed to enable business users to "work smarter".
